Since Steven and I had Good Friday off, we decided to keep our 3 year old nephew Caleb for a couple nights. We had a lot of fun and made sure the whole weekend revolved around him. We had him Thursday and Friday night, went to the Easter Eggfest on Saturday and Sunday was Easter AND Caleb's third birthday!!
We decided to take Caleb to get pictures with the Easter bunny to surprise his parents. We thought it was a great idea except, so did everyone else! I stood in line for 2 1/2 hours while Steven kept Caleb entertained at the indoor playground and toy stores. I will never do that again! When I finally got within 7 people of the Easter bunny and was starting to call Steven to bring Caleb......The bunny took a break!
All in all it was a really great weekend with lots of family, good food and good birthday cake! Hope yours was as nice!
