Countdown to Kylin

Today we hosted a shower for a good friend and coworker, Tasha. She is expecting her second child and first boy, Kylin. His bedding is THIS very cute black, white and green rocket print. We used it to create our theme:

I made some cupcake toppers, stickers for cups and napkin rings to complete the theme. It was a lot of fun to do and the new mommy was pleased :o)

Reeeeaaaallly yummy cupcakes from Sams Club! Who knew?? We got 30 cupcakes for $12!! You can't beat that!

I found a Martha Stewart rocket punch a few months ago in the clearance section...I knew it would come in handy one day!

Cups!

Chocolate Cigars to celebrate

Napkin rings

Playing the Baby Word Scramble game

Kylin's first little brother shirt

We also served milky way candy bars and delicious punch. I love what you can do with a couple of punches (circle and rocket) and some dollar tree party supplies! I also love a creative theme for boys. Blue is overrated..hehe...
