This is our new most favorite sound in the world. Cohen's heartbeat. Due to meetings at work, Steven wasn't able to come with me to my last two appointments; therefore he hadn't heard the heartbeat yet. A friend at work had the bright idea to record the sound on her cell phone for her husband, so I decided to go to the Build a Bear store and buy a recorder and record the heartbeat at my next appointment. The nurse really worked with us to get a good recording. Then mom and I went back to build a bear and had the recorder stuffed into this cute monkey for Cohen's room. The recording wont last forever, but I can't help but listen to it often.
**why a monkey? When I was little I had a favorite purse with a monkey face on it. So they started calling my monkey face. My response was always, "I not a Monkeypace!"
