Camping on the Frio

It is that time again, our 2nd annual Nelson Camp out! We started kinda late on Friday for our 10 hour drive; however it was a pleasant one. We even stopped in Dublin, Texas for a Dublin Dr Pepper Float. It was yummy!

We arrived at Garner State park just in time for bed. Saturday was full of hiking, biking, floating the frio, and lots of good food!

Sunday meant more driving. ugh. We finally arrived home in time for the new North Tollway to be open all the way to the house. Woo Hoo.

It was nice to hang out with family; hopefully next year's camp site will be closer to home though.
