While perusing a few blogs I love a couple of weeks ago, I came across the easiest pinwheel tutorial. After seeing Kate Spade's Spring line and all the pinwheels in their ads and store fronts, I have been loving pinwheels lately and was excited to find the tutorial!
If you have a daughter this would be a perfect addition to a perfect girls party. I decided they would be a nice addition to my mom's spring set up in Canton this last month.

Here are how mine turned out:
I wanted mine to have 2 patterns so I made sure that my scrapbook paper was decorated on the front and the back. I chose paper sized 8 X 8. 12X12 would be really cute too! I then secured the center with pearls, jewels, a button...you could use anything! How neat would old sheet music cut into a pinwheel and secured with a small broach be?? So shabby Chic!
Although I made them for decoration, my mom actually sold 2 of them!
