As you can now see, my little slice of blogspot has received a facelift. What do you think? I have paid someone to create a header for me twice now only to not love the outcome. I then tried on my own, and all I discovered is that I am totally computer illiterate. Digital Scrapbooking seems so neat to me...I just can't figure it out. So, after a few days of pondering this is where I landed. I contacted The Cutest Blog on the Block to help me out. They were super fast and did exactly what I asked! I am pleased!
If you know me, then you know that I am an outgoing person. I love people and their stories.
If you know me well, then you know that if I had it my way I would be some kind of princess, duchess, even famous would do.
If you don't know me, then welcome and let me tell you about myself. I am a Christian, a Wife, a new Mother, and a Daughter. I have had this blog for 4 years and felt as though it was losing a direction. In searching for what direction it should go in, I stumbled upon Proverbs 31:10-31. It is the proverb of a Noble Wife. It says that a wife of noble character is worth more than rubies. This struck me because rubies to me are a jewel for the royal. What a thing to strive for!
I decided that The Road to Rubies is exactly the direction I am heading and would serve well as the new title to my blog.
Oddly, for some reason I am nervous to unveil it, and anxious to know what you think. So....

Tif, it is FABULOUS! Even though I don't respond as often as I'd like to, I totally enjoy your blog. The love you put in to your stories is evident and they touch my heart. At least you have an idea of how you want the the blog to look, I can't even pull things together to get one started... I love you!
